DIRECTIVE 2004/39/EC
Article 69
Repeal of Directive 93/22/EEC
Directive 93/22/EEC shall be repealed with effect from (*).
References to Directive 93/22/EEC shall be construed as references
to this Directive.
References to terms defined in, or Articles of, Directive
93/22/EEC shall be construed as references to the equivalent term
defined in, or Article of, this Directive.
